Portable Screening Reports and Application Fees
The total application fee is $65 per applicant and includes:
- $43 Administrative Processing Fee
- $22 Screening Report Fee
Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR)
Applicants may submit a valid Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) in accordance with Colorado law. If a complete and valid PTSR is provided at the time of application, the $22 Screening Report Fee will be refunded, since Longmont Property Group will not perform a duplicate screening report.
To be accepted, PTSRs must:
- Be complete and legible
- Be dated within the past 60 days
- Include all required screening information
Longmont Property Group reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any submitted report and may request additional supporting documentation during the application review process.
Administrative Processing Fee
The $43 Administrative Processing Fee covers:
- Application portal processing
- Document and application review
- Income and rental verification
- Fraud prevention and identity review
- Staff coordination and processing time
Once an application has been submitted for processing, the Administrative Processing Fee is non-refundable.
