Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A: The security deposit is a minimum of the equivalent of 125% of one month’s rent, and we do not hold a deposit for the last month’s rent and the security deposit cannot be used in lieu of the last month's rent.
Q: How old do you have to be to apply?
A: 18
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: Yes
Q: Who needs a cosigner?
A: We normally do not accept co-signers, except in certain situations. If so, the co-signer will be required to pay the rent directly from that co-signer to LPG.
Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
A: You can go to www.longmontproperty.com to schedule a showing or apply for a rental there too.
Q: How do I pay rent?
A: We require ACH transfer from your account.
How long of a term are your leases?
Usually one year, unless you move in between November-February. We may offer you a 6-18 month lease.
Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: You will need to apply for a pet via, www.lpg.petscreening.com that is part of the application process. There is a place to include pets on our rental application.
Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: You will need to let us know that you want to move out 30 days prior to when you want to move out, and your roommate will need to contact us and we may require them to put in an a new rental application.
Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: You are required to inform us 30 days in advance of your lease expiring in writing if you want to move out or stay. Email notices are acceptable to send to office@longmontproperty.com or you can click the link under Tenants and click "Notice to Vacate" on the top of the main page of this website.

A: You can clink the link on the top right of this website at "Tenant Login" or under "Tenants" and click "Maintenance"mail us at office@longmontproperty.com or call us at 720-449-4119 and you will hear a message to transfer the call to our maintenance department.
