A: Security deposit is a minimum of one month’s rent, and we do not hold a deposit for the last month’s rent.

A: You can go to www.longmontproperty.com to schedule a showing or apply for a rental there too.
Q: How do I pay rent?
A: We require ACH transfer from your account.
How long of a term are your leases?
Usually one year, unless you move in between November-February. We may offer you a 6-18 month lease.
Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: There is a place to include pets on our rental application.
Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: You will need to let us know that you want to move out 30 days prior to when you want to move out, and your roommate will need to contact us and we may require them to put in an a new rental application.
Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: You have to let us know 30 days in advance of your lease expiring in writing if you want to move out or stay. Email notices are acceptable.
Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
