Andrea Lunzer is the heart, brains, and creative spark behind Longmont Property Group. As our Operations Manager and a Partner with St. Vrain Realty, she juggles leases, listings, logistics, and laughs with unmatched style and hustle. Whether she’s managing properties, staging homes, or navigating a tricky lease clause, Andrea brings both professionalism and personality to everything she touches.

But Andrea isn’t just about contracts and closings. She’s also a proud mom to three powerhouse daughters (ages 19, 21, and 23), who keep her North Longmont home buzzing with college breaks and laundry piles. Her four-legged sidekicks, Ruby the labradoodle and Ellie the golden retriever, round out the family with plenty of tail wags and muddy paw prints.

Outside the office, Andrea is your go-to for hiking trail tips, fishing spots, and Pinterest-worthy furniture flips. She’s been known to refinish an entire room in a weekend and still have time to win an HGTV contest (true story). Her eye for design and love for all things outdoors are matched only by her dedication to creating smooth, successful experiences for her clients.

Fun, fierce, and fueled by coffee, Andrea is the kind of team lead who gets stuff done—with heart.

Originally from Illinois, Kathy traded cornfields for mountain views when she made the move to Colorado in 1981. She eventually found her way to Estes Park, where she became the powerhouse behind a luxury riverside resort. For 25 years, she oversaw the rental operations and HOA management of 75 vacation condos and five homeowners associations — a job that takes equal parts savvy, patience, and superhero-level organization.

After her well-earned retirement from resort life, Kathy decided she wasn't quite done making a difference. She relocated to Longmont to be closer to her son and grandkids, bought a home (from Sam, of course), and soon found herself back in action with Longmont Property Group.

Known for her calm demeanor, decades of experience, and an unbeatable ability to connect with both owners and tenants, Kathy is a cornerstone of our team. When she’s not solving property puzzles, she’s off spending time with her grandkids, hopping on a plane for her next adventure, or enjoying quiet moments in her garden.

With a degree in Communication and Public Relations, Tyla Talley brings a vibrant blend of professionalism, people skills, and real estate know-how to the LPG team. Her background spans the medical, retail, and real estate industries, giving her a well-rounded and customer-first approach to every client interaction.

Originally from Georgia and Florida, Tyla and her husband John made their way to Colorado to embrace the mountain lifestyle — and never looked back. For over 25 years, they’ve called Old Town Longmont home, raising two sons in a close-knit community that’s become a huge part of their hearts.

Tyla is a true people-person with a calm, thoughtful approach and a passion for helping clients find the perfect fit. When she’s not leasing homes, she’s often heading to her second home in Granby for a mountain getaway or spending quality time with her two grown boys.

With a wealth of real estate knowledge, a warm Southern charm, and a deep love for Colorado living, Tyla brings energy, heart, and expertise to every lease she handles.
