We make it easy to request repairs and stay on top of home upkeep — here’s how to get help:
Routine Repairs:
Submit a work order via your tenant portal. Include a clear description and photos if possible.
After-Hours Emergencies:
If it can’t wait until morning (no heat, flooding, sewer backup, gas leak, etc.), call 720-449-4119 ext. 5 immediately.
Life-Threatening Emergencies:
Call 911.
Important Notes:
- Damage caused by tenant neglect or misuse (like a clogged toilet from toys or hair, or broken appliances from misuse) will be billed back to you.
- If you do not authorize key release, you must be available to give the vendor access during the scheduled repair window.
